UNIVERSAL ELECTRIC is a production and engineering company occupying leading positions in the market of design, construction and maintenance of power engineering facilities.

We start with the assessment of the economic viability of the project and justification of investments and end with the commissioning of the facility and further warranty and post-warranty service.

We perform complex design - from pre-design and feasibility study, to development and release of design and working documentation and obtaining the necessary approvals.

Competencies
Our project designers have worked extensively with modern electrical equipment by leading foreign and domestic manufacturers: Schneider Electric, ABB, Alstom, Siemens, EKRA, Tavrida-Electric, etc.
We have the necessary competence to harmonize the foreign project documentation with the standards of the Russian Federation for its practical use on the territory of our country.
We have all the necessary permits (attestations and licenses, SRO certificate) and many years of experience to guarantee being able to obtain approvals at all stages of the project and passing the state expertise.

- Pre-project studies and preparation of Feasibility Study (FS).

- Integrated design of substations, power lines with a voltage of 6-330 kV for electric grid companies, power systems, and industrial enterprises.
- Design of teleautomatics systems, dispatching, communication networks.
- Development of master plans, architectural and structural solutions for buildings, structures, facilities, and load-bearing structures.
- Design of automated systems for commercial and technical electricity metering.
- Design of relay protection, emergency automation, and fire protection systems.
CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
Industrial Facilities
Acting as a general contractor, UNIVERSAL ELECTRIC performs the whole range of works related to commissioning of energy facilities, including both construction and reconstruction of existing buildings and structures, laying of cable routes and communications, supply, installation and commissioning of electrical and technological equipment.
Work in progress
- Installation of support structures, cable routes, power lines and auxiliary equipment.
- Construction of buildings and structures of technological orientation.
- Installation of electrical equipment of all voltage classes and process equipment of any manufacturers.
- Repair and installation of oil-filled, gas-insulated and specialized equipment.
- Installation of the contact network.
- Providing warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the installed equipment.
Permits and Authorizations
Our employees are fully equipped with modern machinery, lifting and transportation equipment, control and testing equipment, including the capabilities of our own electrotechnical laboratory and nondestructive testing laboratory registered with RosTechNadzor.
The department’s specialists are certified to work at high-hazard facilities, including nuclear, chemical, oil refining, metallurgical, and mining sites. They also possess extensive experience in the operation of such facilities.
