Service (runtime and routine) maintenance of the electric equipment of ammonia production plant with the capacity of 1,340 tons/day under construction.

Scope of works

Runtime electric equipment maintenance:

• Twenty‑four‑hour runtime maintenance of electric equipment and electric installations with voltage class of 0.4 kV, 0.66 kV, 6 kV.
• Keeping the required operating mode of the electric equipment.
• Switching (circuit assembling and disassembling).
• Ttroubleshooting and restoration of equipment operating mode.

Routine maintenance of production workshops:

• mechanical draft cooling towers;
• compressor flare units;
• reformer;
• pump units.

Maintained equipment:

• 6 kV high voltage cells АВВ, with Siemens microprocessing protection.
• 0.66 kV distribution devices, 0.4 kV ABB, Siemens.
• Electric equipment in production workshops:: ABB, Siemens, Scheider Electric, Emerson, Vega, Endress Hauser, Rosemount, Minimax, Flowserve, Bentley‑Nevada, Woodward.
