Summary
Hevel LLC is a Russian company operating in the solar energy industry, has built Russia's first full‑cycle plant for the production of solar (photovoltaic) modules and the first industrial‑scale solar power plant.

- Design of plant electrical part (development of Detailed Design Documentation).
- Installation and adjustment of electrical facilities: 10/0.4 kV TS transformer substation (8 pcs. 1х2500 kVА и 1 pc. 2х2500 kVА), low voltage switchgears of production premises.
- Laying of cable routes from power sources to consumers.
- Installation and adjustment of trunk busducts.
- Installation and adjustment of dispatch control system.
- Design, construction and commissioning of open delivery substation PS 35/10 kV, 2х16 MW.
