WORK IN PROGRESS
The Universal electric Service Department has more than 500 highly qualified specialists equipped with modern equipment for diagnostics and repair of electrical equipment.
We perform a full range of maintenance services including:
- Prompt service.
- Maintenance.
- Diagnosis and repair.
In addition, we have extensive experience in servicing existing production facilities and industrial plants under construction even before the facility is commissioned.
If it is necessary to service remote facilities, a mobile unit for shift work is formed as soon as possible.
EQUIPMENT DIAGNOSTICS
ensures timely fault detection using non-destructive analysis and control devices, including the use of specialized digital solutions:
measuring vibration and thermal radiation of the serviced equipment by certified devices with reports and analysis of the dynamics of changes;
based on the digital platform of own FORRA™ development (“FORRA-Diagnost” software is included in the Register of Russian Software, No. 12123 (Reg. Certificate No. 2021663851);
activities
for measuring parameters and testing equipment in own electrotechnical laboratory (registered with RosTechNadzor), including additional testing of cable products to identify hidden defects;
by certified specialists for hidden defects (bearings, microprocessor technology, circuit breakers, etc.)
