OPERATING PRINCIPLES
FORRA™ guarantees full transparency of all business processes of the service and ease of management for the Customer. It provides a wide range of functions for monitoring and analyzing the status of ToIR resources, including statistical data and detailed reporting.
Monitoring and collection of data on the condition of the serviced equipment is performed by in-house operational personnel, with the use of modern diagnostic and control devices and original checklists based on the experience of MRO experts.
NFC tags and unique QR codes identifying the serviced equipment are used to monitor personnel actions, which ensures storage and access to complete information about the unit, including process maps and history of repair actions.
The integration of diagnostic tools with a mobile application ensures prompt receipt and automatic transmission of data on the current state of the equipment to the analytical module of the FORRA™ digital platform.
The FORRA™ digital platform master system provides:
- Data analysis and processing.
- Scheduling of service work.
- Automated Documentation.
- Issuance of recommendations to staff.
PLATFORM COMPOSITION

MAIN ADVANTAGES
Modular structure allows to optimize the system in terms of cost and goal/efficiency ratio, ensuring rapid deployment and implementation of FORRA™ complex at the Customer's enterprise.
FORRA™ includes a wide range of modern portable devices for operational diagnostics and measurements of controlled parameters (current, voltage, temperature, vibration, etc.) of equipment operation by contact and non-contact methods.
For effective monitoring of controlled parameters of equipment operation, the FORRA™ platform features seamless integration of diagnostic devices with mobile devices of operating personnel using Bluetooth technology.
The use of predictive analysis algorithms makes it possible to perform predictive assessments of the state of units based on accumulated historical data, preventing emergencies and equipment failure.
FORRA™. THINKING ABOUT TOMORROW TODAY.
FORRA™ digital platform is a modular structure, which gives the possibility to build up and scale the system, allowing to form the optimal configuration for specific conditions of use and requirements of the Customer.
FORRA™- based digital solutions do not require direct access to the Internet, and the entire system can be deployed on the Customer's local servers, ensuring complete confidentiality and protection of information.
As experts in the field of maintenance, we are well aware of the specifics of the work of enterprises in various industries and are ready not only to adapt our existing solutions, but also to customize them for specific Customer tasks.
FORRA™ is about flexible approach..
FORRA™ software is developed by a domestic company and registered in RosPatent (Reg. Certificate No. 2021663851), which guarantees access to the most up-to-date information and new software versions, as well as full technical and consulting support during the implementation and further operation of the system.
The FORRA™ digital platform is constantly evolving through the introduction of the latest service technologies and scientific advances in predictive analytics, software solutions, hardware diagnostics and control.
